Each dagger is 10" — about the length of a TV remote. The assembled stand is 18" wide, 12" tall, 4.5" deep, roughly the footprint of a 15" laptop. It fits a mantel, a bookshelf, or a desk.

Barely. The stand ships flat — slot the two king statues into the base, set the blades in. No tools.
